proudly introduces our Quinoa Flakes. Quinoa is considered as a "super crop" by the United Nation because of its high content of protein. Quinoa is an ancient food that has been cultivated in Peru since the times of the Incas, who held the crop to be sacred and referring it as the "mother of grains".

Quinoa flakes are obtained from the compression of quinoa grain between two turning rollers. Our Quinoa doesn't contain gluten, has high protein, vitamins and minerals and a good balance of amino acids level.

Quinoa flakes do require cooking, but it just take about 90 seconds. A hot bowl of quinoa flakes will add great nutrition to your morning breakfast, with no cholesterol, no sodium, no gluten, and about 10% of your daily requirement for dietary fiber.

Quinoa Flakes can be used for a nutritious hot breakfast cereal, pancakes or waffles, soups, coating for cooking fish or chicken, baking muffins or cookies.
