Maca or Lepidium Meyeni is a nutritional tuber which grows in the Peruvian Highlands. Maca is an adaptogen, and even though Maca is not of the Ginseng family it shares many similarities to Ginseng.

Maca (Andes Aphrodisiac) is rich in calcium, magnesium, phosphorous, potassium, sulfur, sodium, and iron and contains trace minerals including zinc, iodine, copper, selenium, bismuth, manganese, tin, and silicon. it is also rich in vitamins B1, B2, C and E.
